assist you.

Puppy
Know How
This is 1 hour in-home service offers you
a head start with your new puppy. We will come to your home
and give you advice on the basics so that you feel more confident
in dealing with your new addition to the family.

Puppy Training
If you train your puppy right from the start
you have the best chance of avoiding those unwanted behaviours
from getting established and for new puppy owner these sessions
really help.
2 x 1 hour sessions in your home covering the basics;
You will learn how to: (Note: Content may vary)
- Have a housetrained dog that toilets outside your home
- Have a puppy with good manners, sitting nicely and waiting
- Have a dog who focuses on you and listens to your commands
- Have a settled happy and calm puppy
- Know what is scary for your dog and how to deal with it
- Understand how problem behaviours start and how to correct
them.
- Enjoy a walk with your puppy without pulling
- Get great focus and have your dog come every time
- Have a dog that greets & meets you and visitors calmly
- Have control of your puppy wherever you go.
You will also receive a handbook covering
the topics and a $20 voucher for your dog to attend one of
our Real World Dog classes.

Dog Training
If you want to relax and enjoy taking your
dog on walks, know visitors can come to the home without your
dog jumping all over them, or you would love your dog to come
every time you called in the park at the beach or whenever
and you would rather not go to classes then this is for you.
It is suitable for adult dogs that need a bit of extra "manners'
training in the home or out in the "real world"
2 x 1 hour sessions are designed to suit
needs but may cover the following. (Note Session content may
vary dependant on need)
You will learn how to:
- Understand how your dog learns
- Enjoy a dog with good manners, sitting nicely and waiting
- Have a dog that focuses on you and listens to your commands
- Enjoy a walk with your puppy without pulling
- Get great focus and have your dog come every time
- Have a dog that greets & meets you and visitors calmly
- Have control of your dog wherever you go.
- Work at your dog's level
- In the street
- At the Park
You will also receive a $20 voucher for your dog to attend
any of our Real World Dog Classes

Behavioural
Consults
We have the expertise and experience to assist
you with any dog problems you may have from aggression to
anxiety and will come into your home to assess your situation
with your dog, discuss with you our recommendations and show
you what to do. As in all our training we prefer to use positive
reward based methods and do not use choke collars, prong collars,
electric collars or other fear based methods that can enhance
or increase anxiety and aggression. We follow up with a written
report and ongoing support.
Our first consultation is 2 hours and many
dog problems or unwanted behaviours can be sorted in this
time. For more entrenched problems you may need us back for
a few extra sessions.
In the initial 2 hours we:
- Assess the problem in your own home and observe other
issues that contribute to your dogs behaviour
- We will observe you and the dog to ascertain any behavioural
issues on walks
- Discuss our findings with you
- Give you our recommendations
- Show you how to achieve results
- We follow up with a phone call and a FREE written report
with our assessment and recommendations.
And we offer FREE Support for life for your dog via phone
or email.
Cost: Initial consult is $160.00 and any ongoing visits $75
per hour.
We offer free support for life by
phone or email to any dog we visit and free repeat classes.
